The traditional, mainly wooden,
interior reflects this history of the building which is approximately
100 years old. Whilst there are open log fires in the winter,
in summer, diners can make use of the 50 seats outside in
the beautiful garden area. We also benefit from a generous
car park.
We are pleased to announce
the appointment and arrival of Darren Heath as our new Managing
Director at The King of Prussia. For six years, Darren was
the owner of Cape Fish in Chalfont St Giles where he built
up a successful business with many loyal customers. Darren
has brought along with him Andre Moya as our new Executive
Chef.
Andre worked with Darren at Cape Fish and is very excited
about working with our Head Chef, Danny Gratton.
Darren and Andre are working together to fuse
the best of Cape fish and The King of Prussia. Their aim is
to retain successful dishes from both restaurants to offer
our customers the best of both. They will also introduce a
wider choice of fish dishes that will move with the market
and seasons. You will see on the web site the new sample menu
which has been introduced in the last few days. This has brought
simplicity to our menu whilst regularly changing specials
offer variety and make the most of seasonal produce.
